Psychotherapy in English in Berlin
We offer therapy in English for patients with private insurance or for self-paying patients. We are cognitive behavioral therapists but we also work with therapeutical methods such as mindfulness therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and schema therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy assumes that maladaptive thinking patterns and behavior can be acquired during live and that, just like learning them, it is possible to unlearn them and to develop behavior and thinking patterns that are more helpful. Apart from this it is important to us to enhance given capacities and to get into contact with resources and strengths. Enabling a person to become more and more able to help themself and to create a working environment of cultural sensitivity is a main focus of our work.
